Common Questions

Good to know.

The questions we are asked most often, answered in enough detail that you should not need to ask a second one.

Where can I buy a BNWIE vehicle?

BNWIE vehicles are sold through the company's sales and dealer network. Availability varies by model and by location. Use the form above — tell us your city and the model you are interested in — and we will explain what is available near you and how the purchase works.

Where can I get it serviced?

At your BNWIE dealer or authorised service point. Service is transparent and chargeable, and every visit is recorded against your vehicle's serial number, so the history stays with the vehicle rather than with a particular workshop. For maintenance, repairs or any other vehicle concern, contact BNWIE or your nearest service point.

How does the warranty work?

Warranty begins the day the vehicle is delivered and registers automatically against your vehicle's serial number — there is nothing to send in. Motor and controller are covered for 1 year. The battery is covered for 3 years: 1 year replacement, then 2 years service. Your dealer can confirm the terms and conditions that apply to your particular vehicle.

How does charging work?

A full charge takes 4 hours. From empty on the supplied charger, using any standard home socket. BNWIE vehicles are built around a rechargeable battery system that is serialised and paired to the vehicle, so charging is part of the ownership routine rather than a separate piece of equipment to manage. Refer to your vehicle documentation, or ask your dealer, for the charging procedure for your model.

What colours are available?

The BNWIE range is offered in five colours: Red, Green, Black, White and Grey. Which of the five apply to a given model and variant can differ, so confirm with BNWIE or your dealer for the vehicle you are interested in. The Bikes page shows the range as it stands.

How do I find a dealer?

The dealer locator is on its way. Until it arrives, enquire through this page and we will point you to your nearest dealer — include your city in the enquiry so the team can direct it properly. You can also see how the network is organised on Our Network.

How do spare parts work?

Every genuine part carries its own S-code — numbered, traceable, and matched to your vehicle through your dealer. Parts are identified and supplied through the appropriate dealer or service channel, which is what makes sure the right component reaches the right vehicle. You can browse the catalogue on the Spare Parts page.

What is battery serialisation?

Your bike and its battery each carry a unique serial number, and the two are paired for life. That pairing gives the battery its own identifiable record rather than being treated as a generic part, and warranty, service history and replacement all follow those numbers through the life of the vehicle.

How do I enquire about a vehicle?

Use the form above and choose "Vehicle enquiry" or "Sales" as the subject. Tell us the model you are interested in, your location, and anything you want to know — range, colours, variants — so the team can answer properly the first time.

How can I become a dealer?

Start at Become a Dealer and submit your details. The team reviews your location, business interest and requirements, then guides you through the next steps. Apply online and you are onboarded step by step.

Which BNWIE models are available?

The range is M1, M2 and M3. Each model comes in two configurations, PRO and PRO MAX, which differ in range. Variants, colours and availability can differ between models — the Bikes page carries the current model information.

What range can I expect from a BNWIE?

Range depends on the model and the variant. M1 is listed at 70 km (PRO) and 100 km (PRO MAX). M2 and M3 are both listed at 80 km (PRO) and 120 km (PRO MAX). The Bikes page sets all six variants out side by side.

Can I enquire about spare parts directly?

Yes. Use the form above and choose "Spare parts" as the subject, or go through your dealer or service point. Giving your vehicle model and the part you are looking for helps the team identify the right component straight away.

Can I become a BNWIE dealer?

If you are interested in selling or representing BNWIE in your city, submit a partner enquiry. The team reviews it and comes back to you with information about the partnership process and what it involves.
