Service & warranty

Looked after, on the record.

Service at your dealer, records kept against your vehicle's serial number.

You own a BNWIE. This page sets out what happens when it needs attention — what the warranty covers, how service works, and why every visit is written against the vehicle rather than the workshop.

Warranty

Covered from the day it arrives.

Warranty begins when the vehicle is delivered, and registers automatically against your vehicle's serial number — there is no card to post and no form to send in. Cover is split between the drive system and the battery, because the two are expected to age differently.

    Motor & controller

    1 Year Warranty coverage

The drive system that turns stored energy into movement, covered for a year from delivery.

  • 02

    Battery

3 Years 1 year replacement, then 2 years service

The longest cover on the vehicle, and it changes shape over its term: replacement in the first year, service cover for the two that follow.

    Registration

    Automatic Against your serial number

Cover starts at delivery and is tied to the vehicle, so it does not depend on you having kept a document.

Your dealer can confirm the terms and conditions that apply to your particular vehicle.

How service works

Through your dealer, on the record.

Four things hold true for every service visit, whichever model you ride and whichever BNWIE service point you use.

Service is carried out at your BNWIE dealer, charged transparently, and recorded against your vehicle's serial number. Genuine parts only.

Where it happens

At your BNWIE dealer or authorised service point. The same network handles sales, service, warranty and genuine parts, so you are not sent between them.

What gets fitted

Genuine parts, each carrying its own S-code. That code is what ties the component to your vehicle and keeps the replacement traceable afterwards.

What gets recorded

Every visit is written against your vehicle's serial number rather than the workshop's own files, so the history travels with the vehicle.

What that gives you

A later visit to a different BNWIE service point starts from the vehicle's actual history, not from your recollection of what was done and when.

Service schedule

When your BNWIE needs attention.

Service intervals for each model are confirmed by BNWIE and published here once they are set. Until then, your dealer is the source for the schedule that applies to your vehicle — ask at delivery, and it will be recorded against your serial like any other visit.

Genuine parts

The right part, every time.

Every genuine BNWIE part carries its own S-code — numbered, traceable, and matched to your vehicle through your dealer. Using them is what keeps the service history complete and the replacement accounted for.
