The life of your vehicle.
From delivery to service, your vehicle carries its own history — and it is written down.
Owning an electric vehicle should be no harder than owning any other. This page sets out what happens at each stage — before you buy, at delivery, and through the years of service and support that follow.
Choosing your model.
Three decisions, in the order they matter. Your dealer can work through all three with you.
Choose your model
M1, M2 or M3. Start from the distance you ride on a normal day rather than the maximum you might ever ride.
Choose your variant
Every model comes as PRO or PRO MAX. The difference is range, so the choice follows directly from the first decision.
Talk to a dealer
Colours, availability and the purchase process all run through your dealer, who can confirm what is available near you.
From delivery to support.
Six stages, in the order you meet them. Each one is handled through your dealer, and each one is recorded against your vehicle's serial number so the history stays with the vehicle rather than with whoever happened to do the work.
Delivery
Your vehicle arrives through your dealer, who hands it over and takes you through what you need to know before you ride away.
Registration
The vehicle and battery serial numbers are recorded and paired to each other. That pairing is what everything afterwards refers back to.
Warranty
Cover begins the day the vehicle is delivered and registers automatically against your serial — nothing to post, nothing to activate.
Service
Work is carried out at your dealer, charged transparently and logged against your serial, so the history stays with the vehicle.
Genuine Parts
Replacements carry their own S-code, matched to your vehicle, which keeps each component accounted for in the record.
Support
The same dealer network handles sales, service, warranty and parts, so there is one place to go rather than four.
From day one.
Warranty begins when the vehicle is delivered — it registers automatically against your vehicle's serial number.
Motor and controller are covered for 1 year. The battery is covered for 3 years — 1 year replacement, then 2 years service.
Serviced where you bought it.
Service runs through the BNWIE dealer network. Work is charged transparently, carried out with genuine parts, and recorded against your serial — so a later visit to a different BNWIE service point starts with the vehicle's actual history rather than with your recollection of it.

- Records per serialEvery visit is logged against the vehicle — history follows the bike, not the paperwork.

The right part, every time.
